Personal Training
Personal training sessions can be run at one of our four training locations or even at your own home! Movement for Health Personal Training takes pride in matching every session to the individual needs of the client.
Johann’s speciality areas include strength and resistance training for muscle gain and weight loss, bodyweight training for toning and aerobic fitness, high intensity interval style training for strength and fitness, strength and conditioning for athletic development, running training for improved performance, functional core strength, stretch, mobility and movement for flexibility and range of motion, and boxing.
It is recommended to have an initial testing and measurements session as this will provide us with a baseline to measure your improvement from, as well as providing you with some insight into your own personal strengths and areas for development. Testing and measurements are provided at no additional cost and are generally performed during one of our first PT sessions.
Please note that some clients may require medical clearance prior to commencing. Personal training prices are all inclusive, covering entry to our training location and general programs.

Training Programs
All training programs are tailor made to meet your individual needs, likes, dislikes and limitations. Strength-based programs are designed as a 6–8-week block using the Team Buildr platform, allowing for quick and easy access using your phone, tablet or PC. Team Buildr is ideal for prescribing the correct loads for your strength progression as the program runs through its course.
We can create a soft or hard copy program if that suits your needs better, which is the preferred medium for any mid to long-term running or athletic development programs. These programs are designed to meet and cover all your training needs, including: strength training, aerobic training, anaerobic conditioning, plyometric and power training, stretch and mobility, as well as ongoing support and revisions. An additional cost will apply for these programs due to the involved nature of putting it together.
Program discounts apply for current PT clients looking to complement their face-to-face training or returning clients looking for a new program block. We also offer on-going programming for a weekly fee, which is a fun way to have your training curated and varied throughout the year. We are able to revise training programs as required and can assist you in the event of illness or injury to recommence the block once you’re ready to go again.

Individual training sessions can be run in a gym, outdoors or even at your own home! Add $30 per session for partner training prices, and enquire here for more than 2 people.
Half Hour
Short and sharp - a half hour PT session suits those who are short on time or are just keen to smash it out with minimal rest!
